When choosing the products you want via Pre-order, no payment is required and you can still benefit from the possibility of enjoying an exclusive discount. The purpose of the Pre-order is to offer unique opportunities to those who want to ensure access to the items available.
By opting to acquire products via the Pre-order service you are not buying them as no payment is require up-front. Upon pre-ordering, items are set aside to guarantee stock availability, which can be exhausted at any moment. You will then be contacted by a member of our team to confirm the service, give personal data and make payment for the products.
Delivery times vary according to the manufacturing of the orders and the time of delivery of those products. Hence, delivery time can vary from 4 to 10 weeks, starting with the manufacturing process of the goods upon placing a pre-order request.
When you do the Pre-order check-out you can update the delivery address. This field only becomes available once your furniture arrives in the United States. Orders will not be delivered to public places or P.O.Boxes.
Delivery of products includes assembly at the address stated in the Pre-order.

If, on the date and at the time and place of delivery, it is not possible to proceed with the delivery and assembly of the products, regardless of the reasons that lead to this happening, the User shall be liable for the costs associated with the return of the products and subsequent delivery thereof.
